Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Rizz King mobile application (the "App") operated by Rizz King ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2. Subscription Plans

• Access to certain features of the App requires a subscription.
• We offer three subscription plans: weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• All plans come with a 3-day free trial period.
• Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment for subscription plans will be processed through our third-party payment processor.

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription plan.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rizz King and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Content

By uploading screenshots or other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
• By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
